The Weekly News Roundup, ending 15 January 2022

Prices are low (relative to this cycle. $40,000 any time before 2020 was considered wishful thinking or theoretical,) but like a very large glacier, bitcoin (and other projects,) continue to grow in users, in applications, refinements to existing applications, and new ways to use the protocols.
This is not financial advice, but as a long-term investor, I’m using this time to continue to accumulate my own holdings using dollar-cost-averaging with small buys every week.

Plus there’s three reports worth reading linked below the headlines

Be well, Everyone. Think for yourself, and let NO ONE take your agency.

“We’re already at a quarter of that number, so we’ve got 24% of Americans owning Bitcoin. It won’t be that much of a stretch for it to get to a third. Bitcoin is becoming more and more mainstream. People are hearing about it everywhere — it isn’t going away.”
